Our craft vodka is made from BC grown soft spring wheat, slowly distilled 3 times throgh a large copper column for an extremely clean and crisp spirit. The spirit is then carfefully chill-filtered for several days resulting in an extremely clean vodka with soft notes of citrus zest.

Ingredients:

2oz Woods Vodka
1oz Gin
1/2oz dolin blanc dry vermouth
1oz water

Instructions:

Method: combine all ingredients together in a bottle, shake and store in the freezer until ready to serve.

Glass: stemmed martini glass
Garnish: olives or lemon zest twist
