Limoncello is at the heart of Italian liqueurs. Fresh zesty lemons, pure spirit, and sugar are all it takes. We hand peel every fresh organic lemon that goes into our limoncello. After extracting all of the delicious citrus oils from the peels we add vacuum-distilled peppercorn, citrus, and chili pepper to create a bright limoncello with a kick.

Limoncello is drank all over Italy as a digestif, chilled after dinner or over ice but we prefer it in a cocktail. Limoncello can be used to sweeten almost any citrus-based cocktail it makes an amazing Sicilian Spritz and brings another dimension to lemon-based drinks like a sour, penicillin, or a lemon Jalapeno Margarita if you're feeling spicy.
