Amaro Chiaro

Chiaro, the beautifully delicate sister of classic amaro. Our Amaro Chiaro is less bitter and sweeter on the palate compared to traditional amaro. We have delicately balanced 14 botanicals to create a wonderful bouquet of floral and aromatic herbs with soft green notes of mint, prominent citrus and velvety sweetness. Chiaro is the perfect aperitif for summer spritz season.

NOSE

Fresh citrus, red-grapefruit, lemon peel, spearmint, blood orange, rock-candy

FLAVOUR

Grapefruit, honeydew-melon, soft green herbs, mint, green pepper, soft spice, aromatic peppercorn, fennel

FINISH

Medium finish with gentle bitterness that disappears leaving a sweet mint candy note

Our one-of-a-kind vacuum still allows us to cold-distill the 14 botanicals that make up our Amaro Chiaro. With less wormwood than classico, Chiaro is softly bitter, deliciously sweet and uses additional botanicals like juniper, fennel, orris and grains of paradise to create a wonderfully complex and vibrant amaro perfect for summer.
