Hazelnut Varieties
Our liqueur is made using Corylus cornuta (beaked hazelnuts), a variety native to British Columbia and grown from the interior to the Atlantic coast. We source our hazelnuts from Fraser Valley Hazelnut Farm, a local, family-owned business that prioritizes ethical and sustainable farming practices.
