Cascadian Gin

The Woods Cascadian Gin brings a west coast twist to london dry gin inspired the Pacific Northwest. With big bold juniper, herbaceous green pine, and citrus notes each sip feels like you are sitting in the beautiful forests of British Colombia. We wanted to make a punchy, vibrant evergreen gin that can stand up in a G&T or martini and that’s exactly what we did.

Citrus, green pine is dominant, woody-spice, herbaceous, mossy, earthy, rose-wood, lemon and grapefruit zest, capsicum, eucalyptus and green pepper

Our one-of-a-kind vacuum still allows us to cold-distill all of botanicals like juniper, orris, peppercorn and cascade hop, preserving the floral, citrus and delicate green pine notes. Sitting at 47% Cascadian Gin boasts an intensely juniper forward, herbaceous, citrus and green flavour profile perfect for the classic G&T or robust cocktails like the Last Word.
