This is our award-winning Barrel-Aged Amaro. Yes, you heard that right, time ageing in our solera cask system evolves our amaro from a classically dry, bitter-sweet liqueur into a mature, robust spirit. A minimum of 12 months maturation causes the colour to be golden, classic bitterness softens, vanilla and wood are imparted from the oak, while vibrant notes of citrus and pine intensify. This is Amaro’s big brother and is our New Vintage 2025 limited release available now!

Our one-of-a-kind vacuum still allows us to cold-distill the 9 botanicals like wormwood, locally foraged grand fir (pine tree), grapefruit, rhubarb root, and bitter orange all come together before aeging throughour solera system. Each bottle of Barrel-Aged Amaro has passed through 3 different american white oak ex-bourbon barrels, mixing with older liquid every time. This gives our amaro time to rest, mature, soften and evolve into a luxury amaro for conniseurs.
