Enticingly aromatic with sweet caramelized brown sugar, clove and nutty, bitter-coffee on the finish
After the annual harvest, walnuts are chopped and macerated “on-the-nuts“ with a combination of delicious herbs and spices. After maceration, the spirit is strained and left to rest before going into ex-bourbon barrels to mature. The left over nuts are pressed and the intensely dark, bitter liquid cold-distilled thorugh our one-of-a-kind vaccum still. Our liqueur is sweetened and combined with a pinch of sea salt and the ghost nocino past.
